Life is a lot right now. Many of us feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure how to slow down. I offer nature-based support to help people feel steadier and more grounded, whether they’re navigating stress, change, or simply trying to find moments of stillness.

You don’t need to be an outdoor person — from avid hikers to people who rarely step outside, nature has something meaningful to offer all of us. I guide individuals, groups, and teams through simple, intentional nature-based practices that support well-being, connection, and healing.

My work blends forest bathing, gentle somatic awareness, and nature-informed tools to help people slow down, notice more, and reconnect with themselves, their teams, and the world around them.

About Me

I’m Jen — a certified forest bathing guide and nature-based wellness practitioner with a background in education, healing-centered practices, and facilitating supportive spaces for individuals and teams.

For most of my career, I worked in community-based and nonprofit settings, including education and care-focused roles. That work was deeply meaningful — and also demanding. Like many people in service-oriented professions, I spent years giving a lot of myself to support others.

Over time, I found that spending intentional time in nature was one of the most reliable ways I could restore my own energy and mental health. Even a few hours outdoors helped me reset, regain perspective, and return to my work feeling steadier and more resourced.

When the pandemic hit, that need for grounding became even clearer. Navigating uncertainty, responsibility, and care — both at work and at home — eventually led me to step back and reassess how I was sustaining myself. Through forest bathing, somatic awareness, and other nature-connection practices, I learned new ways to slow down, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm.

Today, I share these practices with others — especially people doing care-centered, service-oriented, or community-based work — while remaining open to individuals and teams from many different settings. My approach is practical, grounded, and shaped by real experience. I aim to help people reset, recharge, and build supportive relationships with nature that fit into real, busy lives.

Forest Bathing and Nature-Based Sessions

A grounded, sensory-centered experience that supports calm, presence, and emotional reset. These guided sessions help individuals and small groups slow down, notice more, and reconnect with themselves through intentional time in nature.

Nature-Based Well-Being Workshops

Practical, nature-based workshops that give individuals and teams usable tools they can bring into their daily lives. These sessions offer simple strategies for incorporating nature into everyday routines — at work, at home, or in moments of stress — so participants can continue accessing the benefits of nature long after the workshop ends.

Staff Wellness Retreats & Team Experiences

Restorative nature-based experiences that help teams recharge, reconnect, and breathe again. Offered as half-day, full-day, or multi-session retreats, these gatherings create space for grounding, shared presence, and genuine renewal in outdoor or nature-inspired indoor settings.

Custom Nature-Based Wellness Packages

In addition to the offerings listed here, I create custom, thoughtfully curated nature-based wellness packages. These may blend forest bathing, staff retreats, workshops, or seasonal practices.
